Probably Frieza. I liked the Cell saga best, but I never felt like Cell got the whole huge "he sooo powerful" buildup like Frieza did. Of course he was then disposed of in five seconds by Trunks, thus making nonsense of all the preceding volumes. Thanks a lot, Toriyama. >__<

sorry but Buu was alot stronger when he killed everybody. lets see all the mistakes made making buu stronger.

1)super saiyan 3 goku could have killed buu but decided that goten and trunks should win the battle

2)gotenks was too excited about his power and played around the whole time

3)two men wouldnt leave buu alone and shot hercule making buu angry shooting out an evil counterpart and fat buu got eaten and they turned into something more evil

4)gotenks could have gone super saiyan 3 along time ago. They tried to do a trick making piccolo believe that he should destroy the time chamber entrance where buu got the chance to eat everybody else

5)Gotenks got foolish and wanted to fight buu again when gohan was with them but ended up getting absorbed making buu stronger

6)goku came back and through gohan the earings but gohan dropped them and then when buus absorbtion of gotenks fusion was done buu got weak again and told gohan to forget about the earing but then buu points to his uhhh tentacle that was missing and absorbed gohan making him stronger than ever

7)Vegeta and goku could have just fused and killed kid buu long before they got their buts kicked. simple as that but vegeta is way in to his saiyan pride

well for me its a toss up between Cell and Buu, while they were both cool villains, they reason they didn't perish much sooner was their impossibly endless ability to regenerate even when they were reduced to a few microscopic bits which is a bit much if you ask me

I just saw DBZ Movie 12 and I think Janemba kicks major ass! After he mutated into his red-demon form he was kicking SSJ3 Goku around and I think it's awesome how he can twist the dimensions around him and do that "cube-fade" manuever. And that sword that he had that shot those red energy thingys that cut anything apart just kicked ass and he surely would have killed Vegeta with it had it not disentigrated. And all that stuff he can do screwing with the dimensions in hell is just the best shit Iv'e ever seen, and for god's sake it took SSJ Gogeta, arguably the most powerful guy in all of DBZ to kill him. Even the monster from Movie 13 was killed by SSJ3 Goku all by himself. SSJ3 Goku would have been killed by Janemba (wait, he was already dead!) if Vegeta hadn't shown up at the last second. Screw all the "cheating" he did by altering the fabric of space, that's just part of his fighting strategy. This has turned into one hell of a rant but that's basically why I think Janemba is the coolest as well as the most powerful villain in DBZ! Peace:Yonk

freiza was the first but he was some sort weirdo, I think he was gay. baby was some loser who was bitching about somthing that happened years ago, man let it go! majin buu was very strange and pretty cool the funnyest was fat buu but he wasn't really an enemy, so i gess kid buu was one of the best until he was turned into uub i was waiting for a gt where uub went back to killing but it never happened. cell was the most normal and very creative with his cell games but he never brought out any tshirts or toys to get people intersted in it so only goku and his gang showed up and that 70's guy Mr Satan. 17 and evil shenron guy were betten pretty easyly they just wanted some attention. so i gess the top bad guy is Toriyama for coming up with all this crap. haven't really seen the movie but what the hell....he was some stupid teenager who was slacking off, DAM TEENS, then he got covered in some evil stuff, became really fat, he then descovered slim fast and went all strong like. he called the guys in hollywood to get him some speacil effects. but in the end good old dead goku and vegita reviled him to be nouthing but a stupid teen trying to get some attention. NO ONE UNDERSTANDS ME" he says as he rauns away. then he got the bill from the hollywood guys and thats how movie 12 was made.
