i dont get that shit whit BiTorrent client and stuff plz help me out CUZ NEEEEED HELLLPPPPP!!!!!

I can't use bittorrent either this year. My school's firewall didn't block it last year, but now it does. If anyone knows what ports I could use to bypass the firewall, please let me know. I tried the "-- minport 10000 --maxport 10100" thing, but it didn't work.

spyro ur stupid. installing bit torrent is easy. just click on the bit torrent u downloaded and ill say bit torrent successfully installed. that means itz installed. more help go to http://www.animesuki.com/faq.php

Me too, what the fuck. I downloaded Bittorrent, then I clicked the icon, it says that Bittorrent has sucessfully installed, but where is the icon to click for me to download movies? fuck, anyone, please help.....(Maybe I have to set my firewall off or something, but I don't know either....)

After you install bittorrent, you just go to a site that hosts torrents like www.animesuki.com and www.mircx.com/bt, click on the files and download. Read the FAQ at www.animesuki.com while you're at it, and check the bittorrent questions section at forums.animesuki.com.

I do not believe any school can block out all the traffic of specific ports. The most they can do is cap your connection on certain ports so you won't go above a 56k speed.

Wow......so many people with out a clue...

If you have a fire wall:

Bit torrent / kazaa / ICQ / MEssanger etc. WON'T work unless you allow the ports the programs use to be open. School diliberatly block all ports except 80 (used for Internet explora) and other mail ones. If your school has a fire wall your stuck... ~Actually you can bypass firewalls with a tunneling program like HTTPort or other bypassing software.~

IF your school has a proxy then your really stuffed and you need to find a diffrent one. That's far to complicated to explain how to do, but the main thing is that it's possible.

Finally, if your using anything other than Azureus to download .torrents then your a fool =P

The best site to download torrents is www.suprnova.tk. And i guess if your into this sorta thing www.pleasuretorrent.com

One last thing. Installing Azureus might be hard if you don't have much technical expertise. If that's the case ask a friend or something....you need Java for a start.
