Hello, Sometimes I want to play first person shooters, but it lags, so I exit it, is there anyway to resume it from where I left off?

Yeah just go and get the same exact file you orignally started to download. When you click on it it will download and say checking existing file while it allocates. And leave where you left off

If you started getting a file from another source, e.g. irc, ftp, etc, and it's incomplete, you can also resume it using bittorrent the way Chris showed you. It has to be the exact same file, although the naming can be different. E.g [Infusion]Ippo 19.avi can't resume [A-Keep]Ippo 19.avi. This makes Bittorrent pretty nifty, IMO.
