Yes it has been released they are on 127 in japan right now, the next episode 128 while air on Octomber 13th because they are taking a three week break... i sadly can not find the 124 episode and i'm dying to see it, well i kinda have some of it not subbed, but i don't know that much japanese yet ^.^

episode 124 hit overnet a few days ago. This is the sub tittled version done by ani-kraze. Anxiously awaiting 125-127 subbed. I have them raw but I don't know japanese.

As I was saying, episode 124 is where Naraku shows himself again and comes out of the mountain. Inuyasha goes into the mountain to save Kouga. Naraku confronts Kikyo and kills her. (because he finally managed to get rid of his human heart...it is the baby evidently) Inuyasha manages to save Kouga and then Kouga helps save them both in turn. Inuyasha discovers that Kikyo was killed and has a brief verbal confrontation with Sesshomaru, who was following Naraku. That is as brief an explaination of the episode as I can manage
