If Kenshin and Soujiro were to fight without Soujiro going insane or his sword breaking, who would win? (My opinion: Soujiro would kick his ass, because he is FAR faster, Kenshin cant read him at all due to his lack of emotion, and he has a finishing move exactly like Kenshin's)

I personally think Soujiro can't beat Kenshin. Think about it, when he was fighting Soujiro, Kenshin didn't seem to be trying as hard as he could have. But when he fought Shishio, that was a different story altogether. He had to use every bit of energy he could muster up to stand a chance. So I know Soujiro is not stronger than Shishio, the creator would have stated so in one form or another. It's a fact that Soujiro was never meant to be stronger than Shishio, and since Kenshin beated Shishio(at half strength I might add) he is the stronger out of the bunch. But Hiko would rape all of them.

Soujiro doesnt have to be STRONGER than Kenshin or Shishio to defeat them. He is just SO much faster than both of them that he could kill them both instantly, regardless of their strength. Remember he uses a REAL sword, so one good attack, and they are both DIED. In swordfighting, speed is by far the most essential factor of who wins and who dies. Not to realize that fact is foolhardy indeed. Therefore, Soujiro would rape Kenshin, Shishio, and Hiko, because none of them have a ghost chance at reading him, or matching his speed. The only exception is the Ame Kakeru Ryu no Hirameki that matches Soujiro's Shukuchi, but Kenshin has to know where Soujiro is before he can perform the move or its useless. If Soujiro continually moves during the match at Shukuchi speed with his emotionless state, Kenshin will be unable to target Soujiro, rendering his Ame Kakeru Ryu no Hirameki usless. During the fight with Soujiro, Soujiro was indeed continuously moving, until he went insane, opening the only window for Kenshin to use his ultimate move.

Hey Tenken, i just visited ur old Kenshin vs Soujiro question the other day. I am utterly convinced that all those who sided with Kenshin are SHITHEADS!! I own all of the Kenshin series on DVD, so i WOULD know every single minute detail about the series. And your reasoning is just about 100% accurate. I wont mention any of it because you already have previously. Anyway, those shitheads have yet to come up with a substantial reason for siding with Kenshin. One of those morons even suggested that Kenshin surpased the speed of Soujiro's Shu-kuchi, which is the largest pile of bullshit ive ever heard of. Dude, pay attention to the series! By the time Kenshin fights Shishio, he has surpassed the Battousai. If you want proof of this watch the eps when Kenshin is trained by his master Hiko. Hiko specifically states that the Battousai cannot perform the Ame Kakeru Ryu no Hirameki, and that Kenshin will utimately die if he remains as the Battousai. Kenshin also states that he has surpassed Battousai, during his second fight with Shinomori Aoshi. So...Shishio without a doubt would wipe the floor with Jini! But Soujiro would kill them all!

You may be right about that infact you but think about this shishio was not fighting kenshin at very best kenshin had to fight the insane aoshi and the then the speed demon tenken. Even if shishio did surpass his limitaions I'm sure Jeni could do the same.

Are you an idiot? Jine would never in his lifetime even touch Shishio, much less beat him. Jine wouldn't even be able to beat Aoshi. You obviously don't know anything about the anime if you say something like that. Also, When I said stronger, I meant Superior in sword fighting. Soujiro might be fast, but its a fact that Shishio could beat him. No one knows Soujiro more than Shishio does. And I know Shishio has no doubt that he could beat Soujiro

So what if Shishio knows Soujiro's moves? If Shishio cant read Soujiro nor keep up with his superior speed (and its pretty clear he can do neither), he doesnt have a ghost of a chance at defeating Soujiro. Keep in mind that Soujiro could also use his Shun Ten Satsu, which would have the same effect on Shishio as Kenshin's Ame Kakeru Ryu no Hirameki, except it would actually kill Shishio because Soujiro uses a real sword. And dont go saying that Soujiro is incapable of performing a secondary attack after his initial battou-jutsu. It is common sense to strike again if the first attack fails, and Soujiro is so fast that he would be a fool not to attack again. Finally, Soujiro doesnt really have to defeat Shishio, just keep him occupied for 15 minutes.
