Yes, it will happen someday... Inuyasha will come to an end. How do you think the series will end? Well, I haven't read but three of the Inuyasha manga, but I have seen all the episodes so far on cartoon network. Its true, Inuyasha is truly a great story, but in my opinion I think that in the end Kagome will have to leave and go back to her own time after the "Jewel of Four Souls" is whole again and then destroyed. Kikyo most likely in the end will give up her own life to help destroy Naraku (might be spelled wrong) and the Shikon Jewel. Kagome and everyone else is sad, but everyone knows that Kagome most return to her own time. She gets back to her own time heart broken because she had to leave her friends and her one true love behind, but then a new student arrives at the school and what do you know... its Inyasha's reincarnation!(human form of crouse) They get togather and live happily ever after. Well, thats the way I think it will end.

Actually kikyo doesn't sacrifice herself to destroy naraku cuz she dies a different way. I won't say more cuz i dont wanna spoil anybody or anything. But i think inuyasha will dump kagome and kikyou and happily marry some half demon half human chick like himself and naraku will die to seshomeru(prolly spelled wrong) then naraku reincarnates and becomes seshomeru's lover. Kagaome ends up in her own time becoming a depressed drug addict cuz inuyasha dumped her. The end!

i think that in the end inuyasha uses the shikon no tama to become a human (because then the jewel will disappear). then kagome and inuyasha get together. :)

I think the only way that IY and kagome can stay together is if she stays in his time. There is no place for him in her world, even if he uses the shikon no tama to become human. He hasn't had any schooling, and he'd feel outta place in a new world with no demonic powers. I think for them to defeat Naraku will take a collaboration of all the major characters, IY, Kagome, Kikyo, Sesshomaru (his sword of healing will probably come into play here), Miroku, Sango, and maybe even Kouga. I would love to see Miroku suck Naraku into his Kazanna, but that's unlikely to happen, I'm sure Naraku will meet his demise in the form of a horrific explosion;) Hopefully the author will find some way for IY and Kagome to be together, since some of the other characters end up together towards the end. If she doesn't, she'll have lots of pissed InuYasha fans to deal with. However I really don't know enough about her to speculate, haven't watched Ramna 1/2 or Mermaid to learn from those endings.

Dude, you guys are all so making me want to watch older episodes right now. I just watched episode 131 last night. It was tooo great. And I think it's kewl you are all thinking about the ending to the show. I won't tell about anything, though I really want to. I feel the ending is coming soon, but the last few eps have been hilarious perfect filler, not real 'Kill Naraku and get the shards now!' heavy. I want to see how it ends but on the other hand I think I might cry then. No more Sesshoumaru or anybody. It will be a sad occasion, but I will survive. As for the people watching it on Cartoon Network, I did that for awhile and then after they showed the Kouga ep and just stopped I became so pissed that i found an alternate source for all my inu needs, and the jap voices are soo much better. Just so you know, the series only gets better and better as it progresses. PLUS!!! After ep 131 last night there was a preview, now It was completely in Jap and no subs so I'm not completely sure, but it looks like another Inu movie. That would make three. And this one looks like it's all about Inu and Sesshoumaru fighting. I, for one, am EXTREMELY excited.
