if you were to strip both of them of their swords it would be sesshomaru hands down, but if inuyasha had his sword and sesshomaru had his gay revive sword inyasha would ip him to pieces

Sesshoumaru would win hands down, swords or no swords. The only advantage to Inuyasha's Tetsaiga is the Bakkaryuha attack, but Sesshoumaru has never given him the opportunity to use it on him. If you have been watching the later fights of Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru, you might have noticed that Sesshoumaru has been whipping on Inuyasha. Finally Sesshoumaru's Tenseiga renders him invinsible, whether you like it or not, so not even Bakkaryuha would affect him.

Its simple... Inu Yasha would win because he is the one we like... The one the people like always wins, or else we kill the artist and burn down their city ^_^ It's that simple lol.
