Can anybody help?

I have just received all my info from a SARN I sent to the agency acting on my mortgage lenders behalf, which was not much help really, and a doc from The Land Registry is puzzling me. I signed the deeds on a property in Oct 1990 for 42,000, which was purchased through The Woolwhich, and was sold at a loss due to my apparent eviction in Oct 1995 for 15,000.

The doc states as below....

Title No.....****

Property....****

Date.... NO DATE ON IT.... In consideration of 15,000 pounds only

(1) receipt of which is acknowledged and in excersie of the power of sale conferred by the charge dated...12th OCT 1990 registered on..12th NOV 1990

(2) WOOLWICH BUILDING SOCIETY (Name of proprietor) BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH

Transfer(s) to:

(3) NAME WITHHELD FOR REASONS (Who is this??)

THE LAND COMPROMISED IN THE TITLE ABOVE REFERRED TO, DISCHARGED FROM THE SAID CHARGE

Is this person it was transfered to the buyer after repo, and if so, why do the dates not tally up to when the property was sold on in 1995?

Also, I got the first look at an "order for possession" letter from the courts to be out of the property by MARCH 1995, i wasnt actually living there, yet they were sending me letters of notification of sale, and final statement of account to the same address in the NOVEMBER of the same year. How is this legally right?
