I would like to know if Inuyasha episodes 1-20 from http://anime.mircx.com/ are uncut(meaning no cut sceanes or languege edits)

The A4E episodes posted on anime.mircx.com ARE the uncut versions. However, they are in .ogm format, which means you need VobSub and the OGG Audio codec... you can get both from this basic codec pack:

The episodes contain BOTH the English and the Japanese audio with removable subtitles taken from the US DVD releases. The English dub is not really worth looking at, its pretty bad. Stick to the original Japanese! I don't think theres anyone in this world, English OR Japanese that can play Inuyasha quite like Yamaguchi Kappei can!
