I am playing around with the idea of eventially adding bakery operations to my existing coffeehouse/cafe. I am in an area where bread baking only goes on at the local grocery stores. Our store has only been open 1.5 years and I would like to gain info if anyone has any for a future addition.

My baking experience consists of my own home and 3 years of work with a catering company, if that helps.
