11 years i had a repossion from bradford & bingley they are now trying to get there shortfall back of £17.000 because i have now bought a new house they are saying that they can force me to sell the house and will not neg a final payment b&b are using a company called Drydens any views thanks

I think that Drydens have bought a list of aged debtors off B & B and are in the process of mailing many shocked people. I suggest that you get legal advice before reponding to them. Mention Bristol & West versus Bartlet to your legal adviser. Keep me posted on your progress
