I bought a Maxell Mini DV (DVM60SE) cassette in the USA and was able to import the video into Windows Movie Maker. The video was able to be divided into clips. Now I am in Japan and all I can find are the same size cassettes but they are DVM60ME. I can't import the video into Windows Movie Maker.

Can anyone explain 1. What the difference is between ME and SE? and 2. How can I edit the footage I have taken using the DVM60ME tape?
