I hope someone can help me. I brought a Daylab slide processor from Daylab in the USA, but after months of trying to contact them with my questions, they have not bothered to respond to me.

I have a 120 slie processor with a 5 x 4 base. I purchased the film and tried to load it, however, it is too narrow.

The question is: DO I NEED A TO USE A FILMHOLDER WITH THE 559 FILM AND IF SO, WHICH TYPE.

Julia, If I understand you correctly, you have purchased the Daylab 120 with a 4 x 5 base. You will need a sheet film holder to use with this, which will accept the appropriate 4x5 sheet film. I would suggest that you check out the Daylab information available at the Polaroid website (www.polaroid.com) for more specifics in terms of what is compatible. Did you try to call Daylab or email them? -Bob
