okay, so, looking at the problem, this is what i've discovered so far:

go tool, internet options, advanced and scroll down to the multimedia section of the list. then unclick the box labelled "show pictures." you will have to turn this option back on to see pictures in other sites.

i am working on solving the problem with some Comp sci professors to make it so that this effect only works on this site. will post a new thread with a permanant solution.

i would assume the person is using a proxy to jump IPs and therefore to eliminate the ability to block a single IP. its not that hard to do. i dont doubt its the same person that was hitting the forum before, but a few new tricks.

It is. The sicko's username is "AKOBADAGETH". He's been posing as other people incuding myself in other forums posting his disgusting pictures, racist postings under other peoples' names and E-mail addresses, posting different kinds of pornography, and in general, causing problems for everyone who disagrees with his lies. This person is evil personified. He even posted some trash in the AME bboards today.

AKOBADAGETH and Ooga are two separate spammers. They have two completely different IP addresses. One is a racist, the other is a Catholic basher. Both are history as far as creating turmoil for this forum for any appreciable length of time.
