PV In MS Access

In MS-Access there is built in fn to find PV. but SQL Server does not have. What's the forumal for finding pv?

pv=PMT* ((power(1+rate),n)-1)/rate * (1+power(rate,n)
PV=Present value Pmt=Payment per Period Rate=Rate Of Interset n=No of Period
