Had a friend, 2 days ago she died. way before that we had a chat about God, she told me she doesn't believe in Him at all, an atheist, she claimed herself.

but for the past 6 months she was diagnosed with leukimia,and she went to kimo and was coming thru it very well

even her doctor said a miracle is happening and God really love her , and she is getting well. eventually i think God loves her more and decided to invite her.

Before she died we had another cchat , she believe in God now and i am happy for her.

but i didnt manage to introduced her to our catholic church, instead she went to another denomionation, assuming she doesnt know about the catholic faith

How will she be judge?

It's not for us to say how she will be judged. But from what you say I see no reason why God in His mercy would not receive her into Heaven.

She will be judged the same way we all will be judged, in terms of the opportunities she had, if any, for possible acceptance of the truth, and the extent and manner in which she responded or refused to respond.

"And that slave who knew his master's will and did not get ready or act in accord with his will, will receive many lashes; but the one who did not know it, and committed deeds worthy of a flogging, will receive but few. From everyone who has been given much, much will be required; and to whom they entrusted much, of him they will ask all the more. (Luke 12:47-48)

assuming she doesnt know about the catholic faith

granted this is the case, assuming:

1)recent baptism

2)freedom from mortal sin

3)state of invincible ignorance

it is safe enough to assume that she could be part unto salvation... however, as has been said, it is not our place to judge, merely to help those we can, while we can.
