Answers

Parents do not "marry their daughter" to someone. The couple marry each other. Any irregularity in the wedding is their responsibility, not their parents. The Church has specific guidelines for interfaith marriages, which the Catholic party is expected to follow. If she does not do so, it is her responsibility, not her parents'.
