I think that any newspaper art drawn by one of the newspaper's artists or a freelancer usually has a small credit name somewhere in the art just as newspaper photos have credit names by the newspaper or free-lance photographers who took the photos. Best thing would be to look up an old issue of the Chronicle at your public library. But it is fairly obvious that it had to be one of the Chronicle's artists and if there is no credit name given in an old Chronicle paper, you could simply call up one of the old time Chronicle artists and he would probably know.

Sometimes days or weeks after I read something here, I get memory flashes and for some reason which I can't explain, the name Tom Meyer strongly keeps on coming up in my mind in regards to the bent Transamerica Pyramid. I have this image in my mind of him carrying a print of that Transamerica Pyramid. I don't know if that means that he was the one who designed it but I strongly sense that at some point he carried it in his hand around that office showing it to people.

Tom Meyer is an artist at the Chronicle. It would be very interesting if someone would phone or email him and find out if he was the one who designed that bent Transamerica Pyramid or if you could ask if he carried that print around showing it to people.

Some people have told me that they think I have some unusual sense of some sort. In the past I have done very strange things like return lost keys to someone who I had no idea the keys belonged to except by my own intuition. The person asked me how I knew it belonged to him and all I could say was that it was a hunch.

Another time weeks after 911, I stopped a woman on the street and told her that I strongly felt she had some kind of connection to 911 and she was completely shocked. Her sister had died in the towers working for that brokerage company.
