I just bought a Vivitar slide printer. I plugged it in (came with adapter) and turned it on, but no lights came on. Do I need a new bulb or is it broken? I do have a 15 day return period, so please help!

I had a similar problem with my vivitar slide printer. I opened it up, and lo and behold a couple of wires were not connected. Once the wires were soldered back in place, the printer worked fine. Just take a little gander on the inside of the printer, maybe something will be obviously wrong (and easily repairable).
