I am not sure if we are the only one but is anyone else having issues with the encoders provided on the Marathon motors supplied by Hollister? We seem to be having our share.

We have had similar problems, and we found out it's not the encoder. The ropes are slipping traction in the drive sheave. HW is sending us new drive sheaves.

what vintage are the machines?

These units were Moded in the last 5 years by OTIS, they used HW machines and MCE Controllers.
