IS IT OK FOR A COMPANY TO LET YOU GO WITHOUT ANY GROUNDS AT ALL AND KEEP ONE ON THE PAYROLL WHO CONTINUE TO MAKE HELL FOR EVERYONE? IS IT OK TO TAKE DRUGS ON THE JOB AND WORK IN THE SERVICE WITHOUT A STATE LICENCE TO WORK ? I WAS WRONGFULLY DISMISSED AND THE ONE WHO MADE MY LIFE A LIVING HELL IS STILL THERE.

I think there more to what's going on. Do you work for a family owned business? Can you prove any thing that the person who made your life a living hell involed in drugs, ect... to your superiors? Or just get the hell raiser out of there. If your job is worth it. If it's important aliminate the hell raiser. THAT'S MY OPINION.

NOW FOR MY PROBLEM-I'm a good person I mean I've worked very hard for my boss 7 days a week. I'm on salery. I have no insurence. I needed extra money so I took on a second job at night. When I got off my primary job at 4:30 I would start my secondary job at 7:pm until 2:30AM. I would work 3 days out of the week. He fired me for that it would never interfer with my primary job. DO I HAVE LEGAL RECOURSE?
