Might be a stupid question, but I plan to use Digatrax decoders with the Atlas Commander. Has any one done this? Should I expect any problems? The DH123AT and DH123P decoders most likely.

You should have no problems. I have read reviews/statements that some decoders are better than others, but I don't believe that I have ever read that anyone has had trouble mixing brands of decoders and brands of systems. I have tested some early Atlas dual mode decoders with my Digitrax system and they seem to run OK.
