After several years of dormancy ( kids sports etc.) I am trying to ressurect my layout. I have an original digitrax Big Boy system with a dt-200 handheld controller and a db-100 booster. I have set it up per the manual and all appears ok - but no power to the engines either in analog or digital. I checked the wiring - all is good. My kids think the layout is bogus because i keep promising it will run, but nothing. Is there a more extensive troubleshooting checklist than the one in the manual? i have cleaned the track as well.

Are you sure the track power light is on? That is the only other thing I can think of that is sometimes over looked.
