I believe I was set up by my employer to show me as incompetent in sales. When that failed, she has brought up false accusations about me. I was verbally fired without receiving any notice or written explanation. I have not been paid my salary, nor the amount of commission due to me thus far. Do I have a case, and how should I proceed? thanks
