I recntly added an Athern SD75 to my layout. I do not have a decoder installed and run a Digitrax Supercheif set. I can run the Loco on address 00, but over the 35 speed step on the throttle I get a low power indicator and the loco struggle to maintain speed. Is there some sort of high amp draw going on here the having a decoder installed would correct?
